Bill Parsley is also an Agent / Team Leader.  He has a background in finance, banking, title insurance, and is experienced in all areas of real estate.  He is available to assist Michelle in getting your home seen and sold in the manner that The Parsley Team is famous for.  Bill also assist with Listings / Advertising.  He is often your first contact about showings, feedback, problems or any questions you might have about the showing process.  He helps coordinate mailings and listing flyers and also handles advertising done on Channel 21 Television Ads, and local newspaper ads

The following member of “The Parsley Team” has been specifically trained by Michelle & Bill to handle specific duties along with being in the office during the business day to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments and anything else that needs to be done to maintain the outstanding customer service we are known to have.  

Kay Smith is our Listings / Closing Coordinator.  She will be your first contact about showings, feedback, problems or any questions you might have about the showing process.  She coordinates all mailings and listing flyers.  And also handles all advertising done on Channel 21 Television Ads, and local newspaper ads.  She takes care of the file from the time we list your property or a contract is accepted, until it closes.  She secures signatures on all contracts, addendums, disclosures, etc…  She will be your main contact once your home has sold.  Kay works with the other agents, mortgage, title, and termite companies, inspectors and assists in supervising all repairs and the final walk through.
